The store may have a long line, be so many customers are going here now instead of family dollar….. due to their poor service! DG hours of operation are convenient, and their Apple Pay always works (unlike some stores in the area like family dollar). They also offer a wide variety of items"

"I took my daughter so she could run in and grab a couple things, she is almost 17. When the cashier was ringing up the stuff and my daughter was looking for her cards to pay the cashier reached over and scanned a sneakers ice cream bar then set it down on the counter next to her and my daughter looked up and caught her. She looked at my daughter and said, this isn’t yours is it? My daughter told her no.. the cashier played with some buttons like she took it off her bill, after my daughter paid the cashier didn’t want to give her the receipt so she took it from her hand and came out to the car and showed me. I went in and as soon as I walked up to her and said I think you forgot to put that in her bag… she said do you want it and I told her no I want the money back. The ice cream was melted and when the store manager walked over (useless) she couldn’t explain why everything else she rang up went into the bag except this ice cream that she had sitting next to her before my daughter even checked out. I am sure she was waiting for someone she could scam by scanning her stuff with other people’s and a kid that was distracted was a perfect target.. I’m going to turn this into the state along with corporate. This store is a scammer’s paradise between the cashier and the waste manager… If the owner of this location sees this you might want to reach out and find out the rest of the details because this is going to the state and corporate…"
"I really Love this Dollar General and I have been to many. The customer service and atmosphere is always pleasant, clean and kind. I really appreciate Ms. Loutisha dedication and hard work she puts in daily, stocking shelves, register, cleaning, and most importantly kindness. She is a great asset to this company and they should be proud to have her on their team."
