"Working with Mortech was a waste of money, they were at our house the first week of August for a broken washing machine. The service tech told us it would require about $300 in parts, and $300 in repair time, so an estimate of $600 and recommended our best route would be to buy a new washer, he never actually took anything apart and looked at it. My friend came and took the washer apart, bought a sensor online for $18 and my machine was fixed. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME TO CONTACT THEM."
"What a waste of time. Service guy showed up. Asked for the oven manuals. Didn't even take off the plate to find the model number. He guessed the model number on the manual. Had me order a part based on that model number. I got the part and tried to schedule service to come back to install. They never called me back. I had to return the part as it was clearly incorrect. Basically threw away 100.00. Do not bother with this company."
"Complete waste of time. Walked into the shop and there was no one there, but the place is completely torn apart. Called again and the owner said he was on a call and would be back in an hour or less. My handyman called him and scheduled a pickup time, owner never showed and wouldn't respond to me or my handyman. Several hours wasted, not professional at all."
"I had a great experience with this company. The tech arrived on time, fixed my dishwasher and gave me pointers for keeping the line clean. He seemed very knowledgeable, charged a reasonable price and provided good service. I will use him again."
"I had an excellent repair person. He was attentive and did a great job on my oven and refrigerator. Even though he did not have the part for the fridge, he went to an appliance repair store to get one. Before he left, he fixed the oven first. My fridge was harder to do and even though I missed him returning after he went to get the part, he came back on his day off and fixed it. Not sure who showed up for the other reviews but the person who showed up for me was very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I am glad I overlooked the reviews and had this company come out."
