"Thought I'd give this local shop another try. Not a good decision. A nice woman at the counter started helping me find the part I needed, but a small rude fella walked from the back and told me they couldn't help me without my entire serial number. I thanked them and walked out. Both Google and Amazon could do what the professionals couldn't. Got the part next day from Amazon and installed it in 5 minutes. Everything is working perfect. I wonder if the woman could have produced the part for me if the man hadn't interrupted?"

"They sold me the wrong part for my washer charge me a bunch of money and then when I tried to bring it back, they refused to return it never go to these people. They have no idea what they’re doing and we sell you the wrong parts just to make a sale and then when you don’t need them, they refuse to return them go anywhere else but here."
