"The one star is not for the doctors or dental hygienist. The doctors and hygienists do a great job treating my family for more than 10 years. But this 1 star for the front desk and office staff. Especially the office manager is rude and doesn't listen to the people on other side and let them explain. She just cuts off the call. This has happened to me many times and it happened again today. When I came for my appointment yesterday, I asked at the front desk whether my son had any previous appointments. The front desk lady told me there were no appointments for a long time. Then I made an appointment for today at 8am. My son couldn't make it to the appointment. But the front desk lady told me he had an appointment last week and he didn't make it to that time and they have to charge 30 dollars fee. I am not worried about the fee, but they could have told me he missed 1st appointment. I hope the office staff improves their communication and treat patiently. I will stop at this for now"

"First time here today. I seen Laura, and I was just completely blown away. This place is amazing and beautiful! I walked in a couldn’t believe my eyes. I had broken part of a molar off and my infected tooth needed to be pulled. ASAP!!! Got me in right away! Very understanding. WANTED to help me. Made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions. In and out with in a half hour with no cost to me. I’ll be back for sure!"
