"The customer service at this store is great, but never get your appliances delivered by their subcontractors that do delivery. What a joke. Guy left the washer/dryer in my kitchen, had me sign before he even got it in the house. While in the driveway still I called him and said hey this is super damaged you need to take it back, he said I have the signature not my problem. I told him he didn’t even give the chance for us to look it over and didn’t say it was the paperwork saying we signed off on the appliance and there was no damage. He said I got the signature, your problem now call the 1800 number. Told me nobody worked above him so there was no way to get him into trouble and he had deliveries to make. Super disappointing. Customer service can’t process the return and replace so I have to go back into the store to deal with it. At least the workers in the store are helpful."

"On 11/20/23 at 6:11 p.m. I went to the Burton store to get a deep freezer. They didn't have any and wanted me to purchase it at their store, then drive to the Flint store to pick it up. So I did. Mind you, this was around 6 pm. The woman behind the custom service desk called back to the inventory/stock personnel. They had 4 of these freezers, but they were on the truck, in the back. And I quote, "...it's not happening tonight, come back tomorrow." They still had roughly 2.5 hours to pull one 60lb freezer off a truck, but they couldn't do it. So I went to Best Buy and got a freezer. No hassle, they even price matched. Save your time and money, go to Best Buy. The employees at this Home Depot don't care about you. They are lazy and rude."

"Love this store when shopping and only if it had lower prices I would go more. A lot of great items all year round. Only have had 2 small problems that were handled right away. Have meet some very nice workers. Reason I don't give 5 stars is owner uses his money supporting things I don't agree with."

"OMG I love this store! They have anything and everything you could possibly need for literally any DYI project. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful, so It's always a learning experience to go there and it's so much fun that if I don't already have an ongoing project, I will come up with a new one just for a reason to go! The prices are quite reasonable too. Aside from all of that, I especially love that they are dog friendly, because my fur babies love to go as much as I do! Sometimes there are so many people with their dogs there that it's almost like going to a dog show! I'm one gal who would choose Home Depot over a shopping mall any day!"
