"There is almost always an employee greeting me and asking if they can help me find something. When I do need help, they show me where the products are and continue helping and answering questions until I am completely satisfied. Many times I need to describe what I am trying to make or repair, and they help problem solve until we get a solution. This is a better store than the big box hardware stores when I need one or several nuts and bolts. I can always buy the right size and exact quantity that I need."

"Just walked in on 5/6/2020 with masks on to buy a ton of things for our yard. We always shop here over Home Depot down the road. No longer will I ever shop here. At 3:00PM a lady rudely yelled at my husband and I that one us had to leave. I’ll take all my business to Home Depot down the road going forward. Called the manager to let him know named Jason. He did not care. Pretty sad because I’ve shopped here for a year now."
