"The pictures basically speak for themselves. And this was done by one of the owners that have over a decade of experience. She was told and shown several times throughout the session to make Corrections and or adjustments because it just was not looking right, and she just kept going. this is literally what my daughter ended up with after $80 no joke. Then she didn't understand why my daughter was frustrated and I had to go in there to get her to understand and agree to redo her nails even the second set look like complete crap but it was a couple notches up from this so we accepted it and now we know we will never return to this Salon again."

"Terrible experience. I went for gel polish on my natural nails and they turned out so bumpy and bulky. The man would not listen when I asked him to fix something in the beginning then had to start over twice once he noticed I was right! They do not care about quality work or customer satisfaction and will let you walk out with ugly nails as long as they get paid."
