"Absolutely awful! Nail techs hurt me several times, and no one seemed to care. Also, proper sanitation protocols are not used. Instruments aren't sanitized after each customer, exposing you to possible nail infections. Nor do they clean their stations after each customer. I will never go there again. There's no excuse for not sanitizing correctly! These people don't care about you. All that matters to them is the money."
"Just called regarding removing acrylics. Hawn was VERY rude and HUNG UP on me after I said yes to write my name down for an appointment and I would call back if anything changed, he said “no I don’t have time for waiting game you either say yes or don’t come.” And hung up. Not to mention being over charged every time I go there. I didn’t ask for Shellac but she put it on anyway and I didn’t find out until it’s time to pay and she laughed about it and expected me to still pay. I understand people are busy but if you are running a BUSINESS you have no reason to speak to paying, loyal customers like that. Do better."
"Loved my nails and the lady who did them, she understood exactly what I wanted. We had a bridal party of 6 people and we called to set up the appointment 2 days before the day we wanted to go and they fit us in! Very friendly staff. Love my acrylic gel nails. Although I loved it, my friends nails only lasted a few days even though it was gel polish! Therefore even though the people were my favorite, the polish did not last for them."
