"Not great service for the price. Husband took truck and wasn’t happy that he was told it was ready and it’s not even complete. Tape was left. Cover wasn’t on. He wasn’t happy. Won’t be taking anymore trucks or cars for service."
"Dropped off a day early and quality of work expected was explained. This was a simple Roof Top Tent Rhinoline. I was called and told "truck complete". I raced over to pick it up and even called back to make sure they would be there. I pulled up and immediately saw the job was not complete. I had asked them if my truck would remain outside in case I needed gear or tools and Don told me it would be outside. Not only did they lock up my truck over the weekend(after I paid in full), they didn't correct anything. No one answered the phone or called to let me know they were "locking" up my truck. Pics to follow. This could have been prevented had anyone performed a 15 second walk-around. The only hardware to be taped off was supposed to be the two locking lathes. Poor quality and no communication."
