"I went here with a friend recently who was paying an installment purchase. While the service was friendly, I was surprised at the cost of many things. Yes, prices have gone up every place, but when I added up the total cost for items I realized you could find similar items much less if you're able to save and buy outright. I guess it has it's purpose though for those who don't want to wait and need to purchase this way though."
"So I just went in there and a guy with blue flame tattoos on his arm was very unfriendly, I was trying to rent a TV due to mine breaking and basically was like welll you need to fill out a form online to which I asked “can I just fill it out in here?” And he was standoffish and like “I guess you can” Extremely unprofessional and rude ; I hope the right person sees this and understands that he should not be in that store by himself if he’s gonna treat people poorly the way he did me and my family. He seemed as if he wanted to rush us out of the store and we were literally the only ones in there. Terrible customer service skills my guy."
"They will try and strong arm you like you owe money to the mob if you are even a couple days late. I find the staff to be incredibly pushy and disrespectful. Tried to sell me a disgusting couch and then raised the price after it was delivered. Would not give me any money back on the overprice sectional that I returned after making $1200 in payments. Paying off my bedroom set and then never returning again. I had high hopes of redoing my entire house through this Company but now I just want to be done."
