"BOB was Great! If this is read (red) by corporate you might want to listen closely. Do whatever you can to keep this one!! Meaning BOB. Coming from a strong background in CUSTOMER SERVICE and CAR DEALERSHIPS and if i wasn't retired I'd steal him from your company. He's got your business down pat as they say. He's got management, sales, and customer service down to an art 1 main reason he listen's to the customer's want and needs. I had gone to 4 other bed stores before coming to your store, told everyone except 1 store because no one waited on me, what i was looking for, type of bed, price range, etc. When i walked in he was the only employee in the store, he greeted me, i told him what i was looking for and why, and that i had been to other stores that day, just looking and pricing. HE TOOK ME RIGHT TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND I MADE THE PURCHASE. Granted it wasn't a big sale but, i bought you know why? Not only because of the price But, HE LISTENED and took me right to what i was looking for, yes maybe your inventory had my budget range but the others were close. SERIOUSLY, if it wasn't for the professionalism and comfort level i felt i would have gone elsewhere. I say all of this to say Keep Him, don't lose him, give him a raise, a higher position within your company but, don't lose this one!"
