I Run To Danger:

"I had a bad experience at Kalamazoo Pediatric Dentistry. The office staff, especially Adrian at the front desk, were rude. The dentists weren't kind and didn't listen to my concerns. To make matters worse, I was hung up on during a call. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others."

"If i were able I would rate this practice a negative 1. I have been in the Dental profession for over 32 years. I am a dental hygienist who lives here in Michigan, but works in Washington DC on Capitol Hill and also works in a pediatric office. There are three qualities in making a great office The dentist is a good clinician and is ethical and compassionate about patients. The dentis has a good sense of business. The dentist has the ability to manage staff in a fair and positive way. This practice falls extremely short of these qualities. The front office staff is rude and non-caring. I called the office manager to discuss a extremely small bill (less than 20 dollars) that we never received. I tried to ask her how we could resolve this and she hung up on me. I texted Dr. VanHofwegen who responded “sorry but you are not welcome back”. Truly a toxic environment. I will certainly discuss this office at our next dental meeting."

Avoid this place at all costs if you want your child to have caring people to take care of them."
