The office itself is beautifully designed with top notch technology. Unlike My past experiences at other dentist offices-with outdated tools and painful cleanings, my experience at Drake is night and day. They even fixed a filling on my daughter that a past dentist did! What truly sets this place apart is the fact that it's female-owned and run. Dr. Katherine is so knowledgeable and has a gentile approach. I always know I’m going to get the best care. If you're looking for a place where you'll get top notch care look no further. Trust me, you won't regret it."

"GREAT PLACE FOR HEAVY TEXTERS. The place is beautiful and the people are friendly. The low rating is because I made an appointment on a Monday for a Thursday. Then I didn't respond quickly enough to the "please confirm your appointment" texts. I mistakenly thought that if I made my appointment for just a few days later it should be obvious that it was confirmed, but whatever. When I called to resolve this matter I was told I have been kicked out of the clinic for too many cancellations, when, as far as I'm aware, I just didn't reply to a text message quickly enough one time. So. Go here. Enjoy the friendly staff and the way too fancy waiting room. Just pay attention to your text messages, because if not..."

"Worst experience ever! Front desk and manager NEVER respond! STAFF ALWAYS MIA! Admitted to messing up my veneers and destroying my smile yet refuse to fix for free or refund. MAJOR HIPAA violations requiring me to give them my new Dentist's info who must fix their major mess up and if don't they refuse to consider to refund, knowing full well they messed it up and SOLID documentation on their end they royally messed up! Why would they need my new dentist, it's confirmed they messed my veneers up... on their end. I feel this is just another road block they're placing in the road, so they can prolong and actually not do what's right... refund me and that's the last they should do. My new dentist states this isn't customary nor has ever heard a Dr's office require this and confirmed this is against HIPPA, unless I want to provide it to them. Which I don't as I don't see it's necessary as all info that's needed to verify the screw up is already documented plus I don't want that office to cause my new dentist drama as they ARE HORRIBLE! GREEDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLUS VERY UNETHICAL! TAKING THIS TO COURT!"

"While the office is amazing, and the staff is friendly, they do not look into your insurance. I have free cleanings through two different insurance and continue to get charged. I was told my Invisalign was covered, went through the process, a week after completion, the office called me to tell me it was not covered and I owed $3500. As a single mom, that is a nightmare. So unfortunately, I had to choose to move on to a different option."
