"The office staff has always been very accommodating and kind to my family. We have 3 kiddos ages 5 and under and they do a stellar job of scheduling them at the same time and keeping the environment fun and relaxing. My oldest needed to have a filling and Dr.Jodi was on leave so he saw Dr. Deppen. He was so kind to my son during the entire process. I was worried that he would no longer enjoy going there after his filling, but it was an amazing experience. The staff goes out of their way to help me when I’m juggling the kiddos on my own. I’m very happy to have my kids in dr.Jodi and dr. Deppen’s care."

"After being a family With three Children as clients for almost 13 years, your new dental practice, and Dr. Christine have led us to Leave this practice. After speaking with office manager, Kelly, who was not receptive to ask why we were not happy with the practice or assist with remediating some concerns in regards to the dental practices at this office she asked” Where would you like us to fax your records to?” I would caution Any seeking out this practice for their children. Don’t let the façade fool you."

"At first, we loved this practice and the dentist did a fantastic job on my oldest son’s teeth. They were considerate of his food allergies and they let me see all the ingredients to make sure it was a safe experience. In the last 6 months, the service and care has been absolutely terrible! The dentist has been out on leave for an unknown amount of time. Because my youngest only saw the hygienists, we now have to pay thousands to have his teeth repaired. They then mom-shamed me for breastfeeding my son after the age of 1 and one of the receptionists was quite rude with me. My oldest son has a cavity that they are “monitoring” and he has a dental appointment coming up with a new dentist. We are now taking our children to a dentist an hour and twenty minutes away and they have been wonderful!!! I would recommend you take your children somewhere else at this time as children are not receiving the care they deserve."

"We had an awful experience with this office. My child was never afraid of the dentist until after going here. After multiple cancellations by the office of a routine cleaning, we finally got in for an appointment. The receptionist started off being rude and very cold. The overall cleaning was scary for my child. They told us no payment was due. I never received any correspondence from the office after the appointing until a collections agency hit us up saying we owe money. What a joke of a child’s dental office."

"My daughter had been waiting on an appointment for 3 months (it was rescheduled by the office twice) with an infection in one of her teeth. 3 days before the appointment, we received an email that stated that we were passed sue on one of our bills and they canceled her appointment. They canceled her appointment! I was livid. We had no idea that we even owed anything. My daughter ended up in the ER. I would highly recommend taking your child anywhere else but this business."
