Dental Dreams

"When I called to have our child seen they said they could extract the tooth due to it being in so much pain and said it was an emergency. When we got there they made us wait an hour and a half to get seen and then told us that they couldn’t take the tooth out and then gave us a written referral with a small list of dental surgeons they are connected with and that they “thought” took our child’s insurance. I called every single one and non of them took our child’s insurance. So I called the insurance company and they gave me a list of oral surgeons that they are in network with. When I called the surgeon they told me that they needed a faxed one with the tooth that was causing him the most pain so they can extract that one first. So I needed to call Dental dreams back and give them the fax number and they told me the paper referral should work. When I told them the surgeon is wanting the one tooth that has the open nerve they told me they would have my manager call be back because the doctor never put the tooth that was causing our child the most pain in the charts. We had to wait an hour and a half to find out we didn’t need to be there after being told they could fix the issue and then the doctor didn’t give us the correct list of doctors that took our insurance and is now hasting us about what tooth is giving us the most issues so that it can be fixed. So in the end my child will be in pain with this tooth for over 1 month because they couldn’t do their job correctly."

"Yeah, the reviews are right. Appointment was at 2:30. I get there and the receptionist says, no it’s at 3. So I got out my phone and showed her the reminder text, it clearly said 2:30. The client next to me asked if I booked online because that’s happened to them as well. Like come on, be a responsible business owner and fix something that is obviously an issue. All they’re doing is putting extra stress on the staff because they’re dealing with unhappy patients. We ended up leaving because after waiting for an hour, I knew I would never go back there. The staff deserve five stars for dealing with me and clearly, countless other people."

"Waited 50 minutes after my son's appointment time to get into a room. I could hear the front desk staff talk about how we had been forgotten about. Finally got into a room and waited another 25 minutes before seeing any one. No communication that people were running late. Staff just kept walking past and looking at us sitting there. Finally a dentist came in and didn't introduce himself. Our appointment took a total of 4 minutes... I've never wanted to walk out of an appointment before but was grabbing my bag as the dentist walked in. I wish I could say that we were the only ones who received poor communication. Patients had their appointments canceled after waiting and asking if it was okay to see the dentist. Another gentleman called hours before for a dental emergency and staff "forgot" to put his information down so his appointment was taken. In short - we will not be back."

"This was my first time going. I was a little hesitant at first based on some reviews, but it went very well. The entire staff including the dentist was very nice and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen."

"I had a root canal yesterday and they did an amazing job. I have hated the dentist, my entire life, but they did a good job and made me feel comfortable with having them do my dental work. They were quick, they made sure that I was properly numbed. He answered any questions I had, he made sure I understood what was going on. I would definitely recommend this dentist and they have a playroom for kids to boot."
