"There aren’t enough good words for this place! As someone that has had plenty of bad experiences at other offices, I’ve really struggled with keeping up with my dental care. I ended up chipping my front tooth a few months ago and decided it was my sign to actually follow through with my full treatment plan. I came in feeling shameful over not keeping up with any dental work & was so anxious about what would be said to me. I’ve had quite a few appointments in the past 5(ish) months and each time I come, I feel more and more comfortable. The staff here is so kind and welcoming and extremely understanding about your personal struggles, and the dentists have done the best work ive ever had done and they always make sure you’re comfortable & happy with their work. I’ve been a patient here since 2018 when they were located on Milham and it truly just gets better and better each time i come. 10000000% recommend this place to everybody i know!"

"Horrible service no check it out. I’ll get it sometime. We may not understand everything that’s going on for a living. Explain to my customers the process and which we do things.. I called and scheduled many appointments for over a year for a crown, fell out of my mouth well on an airplane. They have yet to be able to take a look at that. I’ve been to their office several times, and they refuse to look at it because there’s other issues they wanna look at.. OK that’s cool. I have a big hole in my mouth. Can we look at filling that too?. The answer would be no we’re gonna look at this tooth over here see if it needs anything. Have you back in a couple weeks talk about that one tooth and a treatment plan for that one tooth and then schedule you a couple months out to fix that tooth and then do it again for the next tooth and the next tooth in the next two would take 180 visits at this rate to get my mouth fixed, I would die before they could accomplish it"

"Love Dr Hamilton's work! Be that as may Erica and the office manager Jolie (with an I as she stated when I asked for her name) are rude and combative about actually doing there jobs. I received a text saying I owed $750 from over a year ago. When I called Erica claimed I was sent a check from the insurance company for the $750 and never turned it in to West Wind. I asked when did this new practice of Insurance Company's paying the patients start? She had no answer and informed my it was responsibility to contact them and get it fixed. I asked for specific dates and procedures I needed to enquire about and she did not know. I called around 6 weeks later to see what progress was made and no one responded. On 9-28-23 I asked about my bill when I dropped my wife off to get her teeth cleaned Erica told me to call the insurance company they returned a check for $750 was becouse it was made out to a different dentist whom worked in the same office and not Dr Hamilton. (Sound like a billing issue not a me issue). once again I asked for specific dates and was handed a 5 page print of all my family's visits and told to figure it out myself. So I decided I can do their jobs for them and called the insurance company whom asked my specific dates so they could help me clear this up. I drove back to West Wind while the insurance company waited on the phone and explained I have a representative on the phone and would like to get this all cleared up. Jolie stated she was not willing to talk them, I asked to talk to Dr Hamilton Jolie said no you may not I am in charge there is no one to talk to but me and she was busy. I can go on but I do believe this is more than enough information. Dr Hamilton Please call me and Thank You for your time."
