"They don't even deserve a star the service sucked and they made us walk it up a hill with no help at all and there was bed bugs and they did an investigation and found out we didn't all ready have one and they won't give us out money back and hung up on us and refuse to talk to us our get our money back and then don't even pay to get them out of our house and yet had to yell at us and say we are lying and won't let us talk to corporate they will just hang up"

"Over the past 20 plus years I have purchased 3 PC's, 2 laptops, a Children's Bedroom Set, a Living Room Set and 2 LED TV's from Aaron's. Never had a problem with them. One of my laptops failed, and they replaced it with the latest, greatest model, without effecting my payment agreement. Never had an issue with anything else. Will always go through them to purchase something I can afford. Sure, you pay damn near twice the regular cost, but to me, it was well worthwhile! They got to make money too to keep us happy!"

"Use to love this store and it's service. But they are doing this new thing about 6 months ago had to return what I was renting and today now that I'm in a better place thought I might go in and rent couch and love seat. Because I do love their service and peace of mind pay. But I was shocked to learn in order to rent from them again I had to pay off old agreement that was behind. And reason for it being behind is on numerous occasions I ask them to pick it up and refused to do so. Which in turn put account over due. So yea they wont get my business and I use to tell people go to aarons they are the best at rent to own. No not the case anymore.....good luck if that's your new policy. The reason why people rent is so they have the comfort to know if they do get in a jam they are able to return product without hassle and maybe one day rent again."
