"Staff aka Ashley and crew are not helpful and extremely rude. I’m sure it’s because it takes an arm and leg to reach corporate.. they are clearly lazy and don’t want to make deliveries. Order at your own risk Update- I took a risk and was not satisfied.. I have asked for no contact delivery with instructions to use the side door. The driver called my phone and said he was coming I told him “I have no contact delivery and to use the side door” ( so that’s two different times he has had instructions) He left my food on the front porch so it was cold when I got it. I also contacted the email below and have not had a response."

"Online it told me my order was ready drive 4 mins to the store order was in fact not ready. Waited 10 more minutes in the freezing store until my order was finally ready. Got home and the pizzas were burnt pepperoni was burnt hardly no sauce at all and tasted horrible!! The bread bites were soaking in butter and soggy. Just horrible all around waste of $50."

"Been a customer for the past three years off and on, and My last order, wasn’t all the way cook cooked. My pizza and the bread was doughy not to mention I’ve had three other previous incidents. I feel like I’m the one that’s wrong though I’m spending my money."
