"Turn in an application to get a couch they never called me back."
"My stand up freezer broke down. I called on the evening of July 3 when I discovered it. Due to the holiday no one got back to me until July 5. By the time they came to get it I had lost $600 worth of food. They wanted me to sign for a second freezer until they could repair and send it back. What good is paying for a service warranty that is no good on a Sunday or a holiday. No one can make an independent decision in the store, they keep saying they have to contact a regional manager. Bought and paid for $20,000 or more in merchandise over the past 10 years and they won’t reimburse me the advance rent I paid on the item I sent back. They could not care less that they have lost my business."
"Great customer service!! Product choices range from extremely affordable up. I did a rent to own on a Crosley washer and dryer. That was about 10 years ago and it looks/runs like brand new!! I was so impressed that after purchasing our home I did rge same for livingroom furniture. It is holding up beautifully. I highly recommend them over any other r.t.o. place around."
