"Fine if you pay them EXACTLY at 7:30 am on due date otherwise they start calling. They dont even give you a chance to get out of bed and pay them before they start in. But if youre 3 days late because of a hospitalization or something urgent, you get a nasty threatening letter. Doesnt matter if you called them or not. I will NEVER get anything from them again! If you live in mid Michigan area, dont rent from the Ionia store. The Lansing store is much nicer and so are the people there. West Saginaw St in Lansing. They are decent and treat you with respect."

"Do not under any circumstances buy Any type of electronic from this place. I unfortunately learned the hard way. Bought my washer and dryer from them and had a great expirence but then decided to get a TV and that's where things took a turn for the worst. They brought us a used TV ( it was supposed to be new) and the speaker started crackling so I called to revise the issue. And they told us to set it down and they'd bring a new one. In the mean time of waiting (a week) my dog ended up tipping over the TV and breaking the screen the manager kept shrugging his shoulders and walking away from other employees when we tried to fix the problem. Now I have to pay for a TV I used for a week. And never got brought a new one. Will NEVER be back. And will never in a million years recommend this place to someone again."

"This is the worst place to rent from. I had surgery and had Aaron’s club so they could pay for my stuff until I got back to work. I filled out all the paperwork and sent it in. After it was sent in I started getting calls from Aaron’s wanting to know if I heard from them. I told them it wasn’t my job to figure out what was going on, I was told it was. Got numerous phone calls from them to where it was harassment. I had new furniture delivered and the inconsiderate people who brought it broke it and never done anything about it. I even tried to get the district manager involved but never heard from him and it’s been months. So I told them to come get my furniture and they show up at my house with no appointment, I was at work at the time. I called them and told them to call before you come to my house. Two days later they show up at my house again and never made a appointment with me. These people are inconsiderate, liars, and don’t care about you as a consumer. I will never recommend them to anyone"
