"If you post a review anything less than five stars maybe four four stars only if it is on a rainy day and an employee or two are late to work because they lost track of time rescuing puppies from the river and delivering meals to the elderly...anything less and you probably have no business handling tools or even cutting your own grass for that matter, let alone wandering blindly into a hardware store that has always offered the best customer service and home town atmosphere ever. They have always treated me as if they have all known me for decades."
