The 45-minute drive was worth my effort and time. Ryan's, the service owner and technician, level of communication and responsiveness was satisfying. His technical ability was exact. He advocated effectively with LG on my behalf for warranty on the magnetron unit. "This company is highly recommended by our family. We have a Samsung JS9500 that stopped working. A technician came out the next day to assess. Long story short, Samsung advised they replace the Screen and LED driver. Glad they did not listen because this repair is several thousand dollars. The issue was the power board. They did not jump right to the most expensive fix and I applaud that. Very honest and from my experience, they will do what ever they can to get you where you want to be. Thank you very much to Ryan for showing up on a Sunday to finalize the repair. You run a fine business. Thank you all!"

"They helped me out with a warranty repair through LG. Needed to replace a part but the part was on back order so LG just replaced the TV through Best Buy. The gentleman from Millbrook was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care that my issue was resolved even though it was no longer his responsibility.
