"I know these guys are usually excellent and very knowledgeable. One time however I took my truck in for what I figured was a head gasket leak.. I'm leaking coolant out of my Tacoma. It's got 363,000 miles on it. He said he did a pressure check on it. Which I have no reason to not believe he did , however my truck still over heats and is losing coolant. But to their credit I have not called them back yet. And they have been perfect on every other issue."

They typically call back with a diagnosis and quote within an hour or two after drop off. They have held true to their quotes and have never tried to be misleading.
