"This practice has gone down hill bad! I used to love to go there but never again! Office staff is pathetic and so unprofessional. They say you owe money for things but you do not. Charged me for a crown they never even put on my daughter then have the complete audacity to call me a year and a half later stating they have her permanent crown and want to schedule putting it on!!??? Then I call and say she obviously is not your patient anymore and can I pick up the crown I paid for, they stated if I pay the co-pay of $170 which included the procedure that she didn’t actually get! So they billed my insurance for a procedure my daughter didn’t get but want a co-pay PLEASE! Steer clear of here go to Robinson Dental! I could go on and on about them canceling appointments and just messing up my family’s appointments, all 5 of us have had this happen, but I will spare you that headache! Again go anywhere but here!"

"Jeri is an absolute TREASURE of a dental hygienist. She has changed my life after just one visit. Not only does she make you feel super comfortable by explaining what she's doing, she explains the WHY behind it. I feel so much better informed about my oral health after today's visit, and I know it will have lasting positive effects. Jeri is super kind, down to earth and is gifted at working with those who have anxiety/neurodivergence. Even if I could refer everyone I know to see her, it still wouldn't be enough to show her my gratitude! Thank you Jeri for being so incredibly thorough and loving your job as much as you do!!"

"First visit here and a terrible one. My daughter and I came here for a 6 month cleaning and ended up being in the office 4 hours! First off, I told them it was 6 month cleaning and only do what insurance covers. They wanted to do x-rays which i had done the prior cleaning and knew they wouldn't cover it so that was the first red flag. My old office (which is closing) had sent our files over with all film and bite wing images. They lost one of my daughters retainers only to find it hours later in the drain catch pan. Terrible experience, only to get an invoice for charges that weren't done. The corporate billing & patient services were not helpful and the office wouldn't return calls. I am not contacting the dental association and filed a claim with my insurance for predatory billing practices. First and last visit to this office. Shame on you!"

"I am very pleased with the dental work done on my crown. The dentist is very skilled and has a comforting demeanor. For the dentist, I had a great experience. His dental assistant was also awesome. She was very helpful to the dentist and caring and knew what she was doing."
