"They are extremely slow. All estimated times are inaccurate and i have waited at MINIMUM half an hour to 1.5 hours anytime for my order, whether weekday, weekend, daytime, or night time. The manager "Corbin" was very unapologetic when i called in asking for an ETA, giving an "idk yet, we're busy" response and no clear answer. Food also was lopsided with no toppings on one half of pizza one time. I will not order again and tell everyone not to go to them."

"33 minutes max time, waited 40 minutes. Still showed my food was being prepped. I waited in town on my way home to get my food and save an extra trip. When I asked how much longer it was over an hour and a half more. Manager was rude, offered nothing. Instead of dealing with an upset customer he just canceled the order. Don't waste your time. Pizza tracker is a joke and so is this location."

"There order times are way to long. They lie about when your order will be ready. They tell you a time and then it's actually not ready for another 10 to 15 minutes later. They need to get there service better. I will not recommend the Goshen location at all. There service time sucks. Then when you complain about it they are not apologetic at all and no compensation for the fact that they lied about the wait time for the food."

"I ordered online and bought two pizzas, pasta and lava cakes. When we received the pasta it was burnt and dry and was only 1 layer, not even shareable. When i called the store to ask what happened, the lady had no concern for it, she didnt care to see it. She didnt want me to bring the pasta in. She said she would give my name and number to the GM and then hung up on me. I dont like to call and complain or ask for a refund but viewing the amount that was given to me I felt it was appropriate to call. I feel so disregarded as a customer."

"My daughter ordered a pizza to feed friends, an hour later, she checks the app, it said our pizza just went in the oven. So we wait another hour. Then she decides to call, and they tell her it will be another 45 minutes! We then decided to call back, and cancel the order, I called and asked why they don’t offer us anything a free pizza a discount a coupon. They just said that they were sorry but if I ordered something now it would still take 2 hours to get a pizza. I told them to cancel our pizza. And that I would put a bad review on their website. I was told that would be fine."
