"Ordered a 18" meat lovers and 2 orders of bread stick in 2/23/24. When I got there I had to wait was not worried about that . I paid and waited . Then they told me that the 18 was made small.so they made me a 12 in as well . But when we got home, the 12 in was great, but the 18 was overcooked and didn't have all the topping . I would of called then but had grandkids over to eat and taking care of my husband, who had hip replacement . I didn't have time at that moment, and no one liked the 18 in pizza they said it didn't taste good . So I guess I should have looked at it and next time, I do not pay for it until I look at the pizza ."

"UPDATE: the owner contacted us promptly, listened to our concerns, and quickly offered a full refund. We will give it another try. We have always loved Geraces’s pizza but things have really gone downhill with the new owners. Pizza ordered tonight was burnt and inedible. Took it back but no manager or owner to deal with the situation. Will not be ordering again. ."
