"One of the best customer experiences of my life! Stopped in looking for a sturdy sewing machine that could be used to repair backpacking gear. Maren was extremely helpful and set me up with a used Janome that is exactly what I was searching for. The machine was serviced before my purchase and it shows...this thing runs like a top! Also, Maren took a gracious amount of time to answer my novice questions and show me how to get started. This morning I had zero sewing experience. Tonight, I repaired a jacket and a backpack. I'm very grateful Maren was on the sales floor when I stopped in...I cannot overstate how kind and helpful she was! Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!"
