"Im done with papa johns! HIRE MORE DRIVERS! Quit using door dash they suck! They are so slow and your food is either cold or missing items! Never had issues with the in house delivery drivers! I noticed if you don't put a tip on the card they don't care!! I give cash and ti generously!!"
"Most horrible pizza and wings. The pizza was wrong. Cold cardboard with toppings falling off because there was no sauce or cheese to hold it on. The “wings” were frozen breaded nuggets with a drizzle of some sauce. What the hell!? Worst ever! Will never order again! Valparaiso is non edible! Threw it in the garbage."
"the pizza was good but ordering it was a headache. I don't like how when you call to order a pizza via phone they direct your call to a call center in India where there english is horrible and they are so hard to understand. what ever happened to the good old fashion way. placing your order with the restaurant it self."
"I ordered a specialty veggie pizza and added extra sausage on it, but I was very disappointed to find hardly any sausage on it. I called and one person said they were the manager and would get me another pizza but when I called back a person who said he was the manager said no such person works there any justified the amount of sausage, they put on a specialty pizza, one cup. I would not have paid for the sausage to realize how little you get for your money."
"this is ridiculous, supposed to be bbq poppers. after waiting an additional 10 mins past there "ready for pickup" (now the 4th time in a row) to get results like this. each order for one reason or another at least part of our order has fell far below there advertised quality... this place continues to get our business for the pizza but really sucks counting on something wrong or subpar. wish they could get it together because they do have good food when they make it correctly. there app timing is entirely off they state it's done within seconds of entering the oven even waiting to show up we still had additional waiting in store every time. they need better quality control or management to verify quality and this place could be and has been a lot better than recently"
