"Something is forgotten or messed up or both, every single time. The gentleman who was on the phone was very polite and helpful. Then when the manager came on the phone she was definitely not pleased to be dealing with anything. Give the guy a promotion and demote whoever the lady is. 2 stars were given for the guy. We won't be ordering again (and the only reason we do is for my son). I don't think she was very laporte proud."
