"Well, well, well, what a tricky company! I found a car on their website that I wanted to buy. I called and left a message for Pat. He called me after a couple days. I told him what car I’d like to buy and that I have the money and I just need a couple more pictures and the Carfax. I asked if the price is negotiable and he said no. Even though I still wanted the car so he promised to send me an email with the Carfax and a couple pictures. Radio silence for a few days. I called back again and a lady very bored answered the phone. I asked for Pat and she said he’s not there. I asked details about the car but she had no clue about cars. She asked somebody else about the car millage but still no answer. I sent an email to Pat (weird that he has a yahoo email address!) and since that no answer at all. Car disappeared from their website after a week. Shame on you guys to treat your customer like that! Did I ask too much for the Carfax? Stay away people, buy from known dealers instead!"
