"Will not contact you back and all they want is your money. Wanted to stay local but would never recommend for cpap provider. Asked to change mask told I could not then said I was due for a new one and was told I would be contacted to set up a appointment and they never called back. Also will not respond to any emails. Very bad service!!!!"

"I purchased a lift chair for my husband from Bayshore Medical in Dec. We live out of town so I purchased it for my daughter’s home in Sturgeon Bay. My husband has Advanced Parkinsons and sleeps in the chair. When we visited 1week after it was purchased we called Baysude because the chair wasn’t reclining correctly. After leaving several messages for days and no return phone calls I finally got ahold of a women that said she would have someone call me back. Before I even told the women that answered the phone the problem she told me the chairs can not be returned. After explaining that I wasn’t trying to return it but have someone fix it. My husband was miserable the 8 days we were there. The man she had call me back did so 3 days later after an additional call by me, said he would call my daughter to arrange an appointment. He never called. I was then told he was really busy and would call her in about a week. We are now 3 months later and 8 additional calls no one has called. I finally received a call back from a manager that said she would call me back the next day. No call. This time it’s been 3 weeks. This chair cost $1700. I called Pride and hopefully they can help. I’ve never been treated like this before."
