"Wow, what a fantastic experience! We had a refrigerator delivered today by a couple of great guys. Matt and Tim had a bit of a difficult entry to get the old refrigerator out, but they were so positive and helpful in getting a tough job done very well. No stress, just great attitudes. They were very careful with the adjacent cabinetry so that nothing was damaged, and all of the packaging was cleaned up nicely. And, my floor was not level so they took extra time to shim and level the new refrigerator. If I need service, I am confident that Appliance Avenue will take good care of me. Louise was great too, on the sales team. Give them your business and you will be happy! Local is the best."

"My first purchase was 20 years ago when under the DC Co-Op banner and have never been disappointed. I recently went through the agony of kitchen appliance replacement. Amber went over and above in servicing my needs; she was always patient and acutely aware of my desire to replace what I had which is almost impossible due to product obsolescence. Aware of my frustration she helped me through the myriad of models until we found the best one to suit my needs. Then there is the delivery team...so nice, polite, careful, knowledgeable and did I say NICE? Never have I seen delivery staff work so well together. A perfect example of teamwork. Could I have purchased my appliances at a lower price elsewhere? Probably, but I certainly got what I paid for at Appliance Avenue."

"Great products. I have purchased a Samsung front load washer about 4 years ago and it is freaking amazing!! I wanted a bigger drum which they had in stock:) I also purchased a chest freezer last week. They help load or deliver. For my washer they removed the old one and took it with them. Them hooked up the new one for me. Just overall an amazing experience every time."
