"I generally like using the drive-up feature for convenience, but this week I have placed two separate drive-up orders and they both have had issues. The first I noticed I was given damaged product that I had to go back in the store to return (was given opened and shoe mark scuffed up paper towel) and wander the store to find the replacement for it, the second order I was given somebody else’s order so had to return to the store to get my correct order. I understand that your store is short staffed but a few extra seconds double checking things would save hassle on the customers and your end."

"We had to quickly run in to the Target in Sturgeon Bay. I don’t live here so wasn’t familiar with the store. The employees I interacted with were very helpful and didn’t have an attitude, as if I was interrupting them. If I lived closer I his would be my go-to Target for sure. Special shout-out to Phoebe, Emily G and the man in electronics. He was helping someone else so I didn’t get his name. I didn’t want to interrupt."
