"My rating of a one star initially was a total mistake! I have not even been serviced by them yet so how can I even rate them. I apologize for the confusion as I am technologically impaired LOL. I did not know how to get out of the site without giving a star first. Very annoying. I did get a call back from John at Gerber and we were able to clear things up. He was totally awesome and understanding and we even had a couple Chuckles. To rent my experience on my talk with John, on a scale from 1 to 5 it was a six."

Very professional and great quality work! Very informational as to what needed to be done. It was also very convenient to be able to drop my rental from Enterprise off there instead of having to drive back to Rhinelander. I also had a piece for the switch on my sunroof which had fallen off and they took that upon themselves to fix it. I know that sounds like a minor thing but to me was greatly appreciated! Was notified when it was finished. The whole thing went smooth and they made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. Thanks!!!!"
