"Brian is the man, Checker is lucky to have him as a driver! Real personable, and has just been all around a great driver for our group the numerous times we have had him. We have used Checker for the past few years and while all the trips have been great, the ones with Brian are the best hands down. It’s great to have a driver with a personality that likes talking to the passengers, all while getting us to our destination."

"For the second time, they lost my reservation or didn't show. This time on a Sunday morning for my ride to work. Still haven't heard back. I'm already paying almost $50 to get to work, but then it's lost in the shuffle? Not impressed."

"Can't even get through to this company during working hours on a Friday night horrible taxi service straight monopoly in the area time for uber to move in. Have jacked their rates up and quality continues to get worse better off walking home. How hard is it for dispatch to answer a phone call."

"NOT A 24/7 COMPANY AND VEHICLES ARE DANGEROUS!! Got into town on the Bus at 4:45 am and the cab company was CLOSED and I had to sit at the bus depot waiting for them to open and I couldn't walk because its winter. Unreal the taxi closes In a city with a university! I live in a small town half the size and we have two 24 hour taxi companies. So once we go our ride it was $20 from the bus depot to Quality Inn, about 1 1/2 to 2 miles, I damn near stroked out! Then we got a ride later in the day to go eat and the ride was some how $18 when we drove further than the ride in the morning......so confused. Oh and the breaks were shot and grinding so bad I thought we were going to get into an accident! The driver responded with "These are nice vehicles" The driver also boasted how they have over 100 employees and so many cars and charter buses in their fleet but the company is not 24/7? The next night I needed to get to the bus depot for 12:30am and I call the make a scheduled pick up and the company closes at 12am! I am just blown away by this whole situation with a taxi company closing in an area with a university. I wish there was another transportation in the area because I would gladly give them my money instead of Checker taxi. If I could give negative stars I would."

"dispatch is amazing but these drivers are ridiculous. every weekend my 15 minute commute home from work is turned into an hour+ ordeal no matter how far ahead in advance i schedule. not to mention, one driver in particular barely knows how to drive, will drive over grass, over dividing lines and under the speed limit. for the love of all that is holy, start training these drivers. currently typing this sitting in the freezing cold 25 minutes after my ride was scheduled to be here. don’t even bother with these drivers, just walk."
