"The buying experience for my new Corolla Hybrid was smooth and seamless. Joe E. and Cullen did an excellent job in helping me through the buying process. For buying a new vehicle I would certainly recommend Riverside Auto. I will mention however that my trade-in for my Chevy Sonic was only $3500 (which was in good condition, Kelly Blue Book mentions the avg. trade-in value is $4313) which was then listed and sold for ~$12,000. I'm sure many dealerships make similar lower than average trade-in offers (I don't think this is unique to Riverside at all), but I will definitely be privately listing next time to receive the value I feel I deserve. If you're thinking about trading in, just keep in mind that you probably won't get the amount you hope (or even the KBB value) and your vehicle will likely be flipped for around 3 1/2 times the amount you'll receive. Don't let this negate the buying experience however -- I was very happy with the smooth process for buying my new car, which I really enjoy!"

"Had to work extra hours in advance in order to make the trip down 2 hours away.. from the pitch I thought this was a done deal.. not even close. The salesperson oversold the condition of the vehicle. Which had low miles but a fair amount of exterior blemishes, cracks on rear bumper, and quite a bit of rust on the underside and around the rockers and the gas cap. The pictures that were sent to us were very low resolution and poor lit. It was hard to see any of the defects in the pictures even after we knew they were there. The car also upon test driving had a clear wobble in the front tire. When speaking with the sales team, we are assured that it was super clean and in excellent condition. It was a disappointment, and their price was about $3,000 over fair asking price according to Kelley Blue book. And to be honest, that's a pretty generous assessments of the high price considering the very present rust situation. Sorry to say I would have a hard time dealing with Riverside again after this experience."
