"04/12/2023 Gazelle Sports Downtown Grand Rapids. My casual walking becoming longer. Needed to protect my aging feet with high quality walking shoes. This was an investment, against future doctor co-pays, not an expense. I needed experts. Alyssa greeted me. Asked everything about my walking plans. Observed and evaluated my gait. She, obviously, knew everything about her craft. She’s not there to just sell me a pair of shoes and send me on my way. This was exactly what I needed. An investment. She proceeded to measure, fit and evaluate my walking back and forth with each pair of shoes. She didn’t have to bring out 50 pairs. She knew which were for me, based upon her skill. After my trying each of three, I invested in a pair. More importantly, I’ll be back. They know their field and I want that. Buying junk on-line is useless. Support local. Shop the experts. I spoke with Rebecca, store manager, on the way out. Professional team. Downtown Grand Rapids is the place to be."
