Tradehome Shoes

"I have not been super impressed with the two times I have been in to look at shoes. The first time was over a year ago. I went in with my husband to look at a brand of shoes. I asked the manager to try on a few sizes and he replied with, “Are you going to try on sizes here and then go buy from the brands website?” It felt very unprofessional for him to say that. It made me feel like I didn’t want to buy from there. I went again this week and had a different sales guy and the exchange made me feel uncomfortable. I believe his intention was to build rapport but it came off differently. I was looking for shoes for my husband and he kept asking where he was and why I was doing his dirty work. After a few random follow up questions and I left. Overall, just uncomfortable encounters I’ve had there."

"I went looking for a pair of Hoka shoes. From the second I entered the store I had the best experienced ever. The gentleman that waited on me was very polite and very positive. Made room for the scooter I was on and helped me off. Very helpful removing my shoes measuring my feet. I picked out several pairs that I like and he brought them all out. Also a pair of arch supports. Which of course I needed. Well I got the pink pair and a pair of recovery slip on sandals. That fit better then my oofos. I wore my shoes out of the store and all the rest of the day. I plan to return in a few months to buy another color I like. Staff was awesome, friendly and tentative. Very good experience over all. "Went in on 08/13 evening...they made my life 100% better when I told them my kids needed shoes. It was awesome just letting them take over and they were very efficient and quick. My daughter who always loves to argue with me and is usually very indecisive about picking stuff out got a really nice pair of shoes, I was actually in shock because I didn't think she would end up getting any and my 6 year old loved the first pair of shoes the man brought for him he was very easy to please. They worked really hard on getting my 15 year old son shoes but because of his size and style preference it was not a winner. Felt bad but at least two of my kids got shoes. I highly recommend that you bring your kids to this place because they know what they are doing at this store and great humor along with it. We will come back for sure, and once my kids have everything they need for school I will get some for myself too!"
