"I came in because I had re-injured a severe sprain to both shoulders and neck that has been bothering me for two years. My pain is almost completely gone after an hour with Lihua Liang. I have been to multiple LaVida locations and always had a great experience. I must say this was the best experience of all. She is very firm with the pressure. I loved the neck massage she did towards the end. I seriously cannot recommend her enough and I wish I’d brought more money for the tip lol I must add that the woman at the front desk was very kind and inviting as well. I didn’t get her name but she had black hair. I will book again"
"I purchased a couples massage for sweetest day, upon arrival I was informed only one of us could get deep tissue as the other massage therapist couldn’t perform deep tissue, which would have been GREAT to know BEFORE hand. My massage was horrible, I informed my massage therapist to stay on my neck, shoulders and back, which she only did for 20 minutes, with ZERO pressure. Massaged my legs which I left clothed and feet clothed for a reason. I left more angry and frustrated than when I arrived. I feel I should’ve been informed about my massage therapist as I would’ve rescheduled or chosen another day not wasted $80.00, luckily my partners was great. This was my first time at LaVida and it was a huge disappointment, I would not recommend."
