"I've been here four times to get waxed and for eyebrow threading. Two of the times the ladies insulted me during the waxing sessions. The first time I was insulted the lady was young and I informed her of why the comment she made about an area of my skin was inappropriate. The second time this occurred was with two other ladies. They make comments/assumptions about things instead of asking the customer questions. If you have a medical condition and don't want to feel insecure DON'T GO HERE. You'll leave feeling like there is something wrong with you."
"We 2 people came at 6:40pm, when the sign board is still OPEN, at 6:55pm a lady came and told she can take only one person as they are closing at 7pm and later after arguing with her she said she will take both Its was just eye brow threading they were in hurry to leave and provided a bad service for both and they have just cleaned up the extras and did not do properly do the eyebrows. I understand that they were in a rush to leave but not the correct way to treat the customers Never experienced this kind of service from hemali’s touch before"
