"The best facial you will have in your life. My skin has dramatically changed to the better. I’ve been seeing Najwa for 2 years now. I don’t trust anyone else with my face. She truly cares about your skin. I used to have very bad acne. From my first visit, we had a consultation. She told me if I stay consistent with my facials and keep up a good regimen I will see a difference, and I believed her. This was after years of spending so much money on products and creams, etc. She basically said you don’t have regular facials with extractions the skin the bacteria is still there and she was absolutely right. I see her monthly (not because I have to, but because I want to) !! My skin has come a long way. She gives the best sisterly advice and will tell you what’s best for you and what isn’t. She’s honest and she doesn’t rush any appointments. Her staff are all personable and polite. I highly recommend her. Your skin is the surface and if you invest in it it will pay off. Trust me!!!!!"

"Michaela is life changing. I was going somewhere else for laser and the difference between their laser (I had done 10 treatments) and the technique and laser this place has is insane. I am pale and had a lot hair and it was an insecurity of mine, I am now completely hairless and cannot thank Michaela enough. "Najwa is a nice person but her approach to laser hair removal is very wrong. 1) She does the area one time 2) She does not put the machine high enough 3) She does full body in 20 minutes. I've done SIXTEEN 16!!!!!!!!!! sessions with her and I was still growing hair in every place at the same level prior to laser hair removal. I had a session with somebody new and immediately realized the significant difference in the approach to laser. The woman I went to was surprised I did that many sessions when my hair was growing back in less than a week and was as thick as it was. This woman took 1 hour on full body, she went over each spot multiple times and she increases the temperature (since my skin allowed for it) I would 100% not recommend Najwa for laser. Also, she would forget about my appointments and be 30 minutes late and then rush the laser because she had another client. It was ridiculous. I know three other people who have had the same experience. I wasted well over $2000 so save your money and go somewhere else. I don't think this is her area of expertise."

"Cannot recommend enough. I've come to Najwa for laser hair removal for 3 sessions and the results are actually life changing. It's so nice getting into the shower and NOT needing to shave my legs or armpits anymore.
