"Great services from technicians absolutely, hands down the best massage and my facials are always a treat. I had an appointment scheduled for both services with a gap in the middle, I spoke to to a rep to confirm my appointment and she found a different day , a week later that I could have my services back to back. I called on the day of my appointment to verify which service was I getting first. During the conversation I learned I was getting charged for an appointment and my massage had been moved back an hour creating a gap between services that I waited a week to prevent. No one called to give me a heads up to me or its offensive that there is no consideration to me or my time. I also would not have to verify time because I would have not waited a week later to get the same services with a gap . The reason of the change of date was to have back to back service. The assistant manger showed no compassion or consideration to me, She was adamant I would be charged they would waive the cancelation for the cancelation for the massage because it was their fault. I requested a Manger , she said, " The manager would not return until Friday". she then let me know I would be in line for the manger because other people who called before me would be called first. The assistant manger was rude, presumptuous and unconcerned with and how an error was made. I use to like visiting this location I really like Stacey and Victoria and Rick."

"Staff was amazing. Lauren made my first facial experience a very enjoyable experience. She was very personable and helpful with questions that I had for her about skin care. Jessica hands down did a wonderful job on my massage. I was very relaxed. Will definitely be back."

"As a recent former member of this establishment, I can definitely say they are decent overall as far as customer service and atmosphere goes. Personally I cancelled my 4 year long membership due to overpricing considering the level of service provided and the amount they charge in comparison to other Hand and Stone locations."

"The FOH staff is always courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful, whether recommending a service, a provider, or a product. They are all fantastic. Eliza does a phenomenal job waxing my eyebrows...painless enough I barely notice during our conversation (she is charming, as well). I have always enjoyed my facials from her, too, although it has been far too long. Crystal is an amazing masseuse who I cannot recommend enough. There are spots that have finally started to relax after years of tension thanks to her."
