"I came here for fillers a few weeks back and would highly recommend never coming anywhere near this place. Starting with the consultation they force you to have online, with a person who will not be performing your procedure. The whole thing seems fishy because they force you into signing a contract before you can even get an appointment. Once you get there the staff is nice, but the minute you have an issue, due to their negligence I might add, they start giving you the runaround. They are only concerned with what other services they can convince you that you "need" I should have known when I was the only person there the three times that I visited the office."

"Waited a couple of months to leave my review, but here I am. First of all, believe the reviews about the high pressure sales. Its a real thing. These people push you into buying more services that apparently you "need" in order to look your best. Way to monetize on your client's insecurities, so kudos to those sales people with their backhanded compliments. It worked on me. Secondly, the membership fee is supposed to get you special pricing on services. In my case, I was trying to take advantage of the discounted Botox units. I also got lip injections. So after getting the financing approved on 3/02/23, they made my appointment for 3/06/2023.  Here's where it gets SHADY... they charge your new account before ever getting the services rendered. I had scheduling conflicts so I had to reschedule twice. By the time I got my appointment on 3/17/2023, I already had gotten my first statement dated 3/08/2023. Weird. So basically, if I had not even received the services, I was still contractually bound to pay for them because they charge you when booking the appointment. I've attached screenshots. Cut to the eventual appointment, I was told the per unit discount membership pricing does not apply until after you reach their MINIMUM units for the year. And I'm telling you now, I won't reach that minimum before the membership re-ups. I was pressured into purchasing more units during the consultation that the nurse told me I needed, but HAD to be sold in more units than I actually needed. I was like.... okay, whatever. I have available credit to cover it. But nope!!! You can't use the finance credit unless you are spending over $700. I had to put the additional costs on a different card since I wasn't spending that much for the extra units. Make sense? Nope, not to me either. My nurse seemed knowledgeable enough about the actual procedures and was also a client there. So I felt comfortable enough to allow her proceed. We went tk the back. She applied numbing cream to my lips and left me alone saying she would be right back. I waited in the room for 35 mins and eventually had to go find her to remind her I was still there as the numbing cream had began to wear off. She said she was trying to help someone else and would be right with me. She finally came back 10 mins later, and 45 mins after the numbing cream had been initially applied. Now listen, I've done these exact procedures before at a couple different places. I'm more than familiar with the procedures and the effects. This one was the worst I've ever experienced in 13 years of doing this crap to my face. The nurse had a heavy hand and it was quite painful since the numbing cream really wasn't effective anymore. She also injected the Botox in places I had never had it injected before. Yes, I expected slight bruising on my lips as it happens to me... but not this bad. My lips looked bumpy and were so sore the next few days. 2 days later, one of the upper lip injections sites started looking infected. It eventually cleared up. 6 days later, I had a giant sore on my lower lip right in one of the other injection sites. This one did not clear up but got worse. I came back to have it looked at and was told it was s cold sore. I've never had cold sores in my life. Ever. I saw a different nurse nurse who said "it happens" and prescribed medicine. She also massaged my lips to even them out more. Anyway, I'm running out of space. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I am going to try another location since I have credit with Ideal Image and hopefully they will give me a better experience. If not, I'm gonna try another company altogether."

"I went in yesterday for lip fillers, botox and laser hair removal. It was my first time for all of it. I felt that the staff was very accommodating and nice. I found out that I could not do my lip fillers due to dental work and a vaccine. However, I appreciate how thorough they were to make sure everything would be safe for me that day. I had Kristina and she was great. She answered all of my questions and set realistic expectations. I've seen a couple reviews talking about the pricing. I am doing the financing plan and as long as you don't plan on paying the lowest required amount, you will be fine. Laser hair removal really is just an investment. It was not difficult to get an appointment. I had my consultation and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. I also like how you can reschedule online."
