"I went to get a trim only. She pulled my info up and made a snotty comment about not coming in every 6 weeks. She asked how I styled my hair and I told her I used a blow dryer; another snotty comment that I need to just run my fingers thru my hair to keep the curl. All this time she is still cutting. I told her I wanted the length just above my shoulders; which is now chin length and in layers! She asked about cutting around framing my face. I said no and she did it anyway and then laughed! My hair looks horrible and no matter what I do it looks bad. I promise you I will never go back to this location."

"I brought my 5 years old daughter last week to get a haircut. I asked over the phone if someone is experienced with girls and they said yes. The lady was nice and friendly with my daughter. However, she didn’t wash her hair or brush or divided evenly. She was so fast. When I came home and showered her, I noticed how uneven her hair is. Its big difference between the two sides. Ill have to take her to a salon this weekend to fix her hair."
"Britaney is the absolute best. She’s the only one I will let cut my hair. She even goes the extra steps to blend my beard in with the hair cut. I will definitely be back many times and will recommend this location to every one as this one is the best in the area and I hate going up on the hill ! Keep it up Britaney"
