"Much to my dismay, I did not have a good experience. Even though I got half way into the process, I felt the representative was not communicative and did not have great vision. I did not expect my closets to stump someone who has been in the business for several years. They also did not work weekends (contrary to website hours) when many potential customers are available. It was very frustrating and will not return."
"We love our new designed closets by Closet Plus! We worked with Char, who designed our closets for our new laundry room renovation. She helped us design, our space for the two closets in the room. She listened to our needs. I do a lot of laundry that is athletic clothing that doesn’t go in the dryer, I use to drag my baskets of wet clothes to hang else where in the home. We now have a “air drip dry closet” right in our laundry room with three hanging rods, along with a shepherds hook to use for the top high area. That way, our space is all uterized. Other closet is for every day shoes and coats with storage shelving, that way we can grab our stuff and go out the door. We absolutely love it! All very functional for our needs! Char’s design was quickly done within the next day and the install was done within the month, very professionally done too."

"I walked in the store and ask for information about closets ( flooring was the next question after they would show me the opciones for closets) We just purchased a home and we have several projects to complete this summer. The (older) gentleman told me the person that works in the closets area only works weekdays, he grabbed a business card, gave it to me and walked away while I was still talking. He did not even gave me the chance to ask for anything else, that was plain rude. Too bad because they have beautiful options and I am not planning on coming back to spend my money there. I know some other store will appreciate doing business with me."
