"Had been waiting for a shirt that was out of stock. Got a text message stating it had been restocked. I orderd minutes later. That was 4/28 it is now 5/26 and it is showing it hasn't been shipped yet. I've sent several emails and have yet to receive a reply. I love the clothing but the frustration is making it not worth it. Please make this right and i will consider changing this review"

"I've been ordering apparel from Size Up since 2020 and I have been satisfied thus far with the items I've received, but as of late it seem like the company is on a downward spiral. They advertise items as though they're available, you place and pay for your order but that's where it ends. They do not fulfill their orders and you never receive any confirmation. I am very disappointed with Size Up, this bad business and makes your brand seem like you're a bunch of crooks. I will no longer support Size Up and I want my money back for my latest order which seems like it will never ship. Do not do business with Size UP!!!"

"One of the Worst Customer Experiences I have ever had with a company. As one of the other reviews states, Goodluck getting something corrected once they have their money. Then on top of it, buyer beware.. when they give you store credit, it is given as a discount code and not a gift card. It is essentially cash, stores like Walmart, Kohl's etc, all give back on a gift card because it is Cash. They do not. Then after contacting them days ahead with tracking on a return, stating I want to be given store credit on 2 items. They went ahead and resent a shirt out. I have now been waiting days for my store credit to be given as a Gift card, actual cash. The incompetence between whatever office they have and warehouse is inexcusable. Not to mention the size charts they have are so off the charts, they do not have any sort of consistency with them, so that if you need to return, you are already out money. Just bad lazy business. They do not under any circumstances put the consumer first."

"1/7/22 We went to the store thinking it was a regular store we could go in and shop, and even though it was a warehouse and not open to the public they let us order online and then let us pick up our order after the payment processed."

I have contacted them via email and phone begging for the correct item to be immediately sent out. All I ever receive are excuses and apologies for not getting back to me sooner.
