I went to go return it and they told me that I’m not allowed to return things once it’s left the store unless it’s broken? Makes no sense. My item did not work but I’m not aloud to take it back? The employees have no idea what’s going on."
"Five Below is always an amazing story no matter which location. I wish this one had the cell checkouts like others do. Their shelves also seem to be a bit fair when I visit but that could just be happen by chance. Staff has always been friendly attentive. Stores always clean and tidy. If only they offered some sort of delivery or pick up deal so you can pre-order items that you were looking for."
"The girls were out on the floor putting stuff on shelves and straightening up. The place was immaculate. I haven't been in a Five Below that well maintained. It was nice to see and I'll definitely stop in there more. Great selection and fully stocked! Love all the summer stuff and home decor."
