"I bought a package of two laser treatments. One to fade age/sun spots and one to tighten my neck and lift my brows. I have completed one half of these sessions. The one to tighten my skin is extremely painful!! (I am dreading the final session) I see no results as of yet but I will make a final review after all is said and done. I spent $4500!!"
"Did not have a good experience or seen any results. I have used the legacy fat burning procedure to improve the aspect of the cellulite. not sure the staff communicates amongst themselves or if the procedure is in their computer system because on one occasion the lady did the skin tightening legacy instead of the fat burning one and when I said it feels different she just said : "oh it is because you got used to it" like I did not actually see the difference. Then when I requested the appointment to be with a particular person ( only two of the staff girls are not rude so i wanted my appointment with them) they were rude to me saying its not who I wanted its who was available. per general they were using the legacy on an area way smaller than I and the manager agreed on ( my problem zone was half butt half thighs so not either or area)…. do not waste your money. the before and after pictures they have are in my opinion photoshopped. They are not passionate about beauty/health at all, they are passionate about getting as many people in and profiting as much as possible. Please go to a salon where they treat you the way you deserve."
"This clinic has an amazing staff. Clinic Director answered all my questions, show me step-by-step how the treatment worked, and made me feel welcome. Love all the staff. I saw lots of results doing my Laser Lipo and hair removal. Would come back again!"
"To be honest the staff didn't make me feel welcome at all. Not sure if it was because I am African American. They were very short with me. No paperwork to sign . No information about my services that I paid for. No do you have questions or anything just get on the table ! Tech placed the lipo pads on my arms for 10 minutes total and said ...your done!. No gel , no skin tightening no nothing. Felt very rushed to get out of their office! Would like to get my money back!!! I have been to way better establishments. A lot nicer as well. Don't want to go back but I paid for it already. So dissatisfied!!"
