"Had a very hard time getting an appointment to try this as a new salon. After finally getting through to someone, he did not speak English and handed the phone to a client to speak to me while she was getting her service. (Thank you to whoever that was). Second, I waited over an hour as a walk in when there was only 1 other person in the salon. (Only 1 employee doing nails). Once I finally was at the chair, the man was very kind but did not listen to the shape I wanted after multiple attempts to correct it or mention it wasn’t right. The gel polish has bubbles in it, the polish is uneven and looks like I dipped my nail in paint, he cut my cuticles and made me bleed on almost all of my left hand… then would not allow me to wash my hands and essentially painted over the blood. Acrylic is bunched up under my nails and on my skin. Lastly, when it came time to check out I was being charged more than what the pricing sheet said. Not to mention the customer before me walked out in tears, and soon after walked right back in for her money back. I thought in that moment she was over reacting but now I know she wasn’t. I will not be returning back here. Super disappointed and will be returning back to my regular salon."

"Everything was great. I walked in and was greeted. I checked in and was handed a color ring to pick my color, big variety. Wait wasn’t bad. Once seated, he asked for everything I wanted for my nails. Good conversation. Did a great job in a timely manner. It was nice to have my nails oiled afterwards and a short little hand massage with a hot towel to finish it off. At checkout I was offered a complimentary bottle of hand lotion. I’ll definitely be going back!"
