"I am writing this post for my friend. She has been waiting two weeks to get her hair done and she has long thick hair and was recommended to to this place to get her hair lightened. This place called the day before her appointment to cancel her appointment because they were not comfortable lifting her hair color? What kind of company calls a person less than 24 hours before their appointment to cancel because it’s going to be too much work for the hairstylist, absolutely horrendous service. I will not go here. I will not recommend anyone going here."
